Spring doesn't announce itself with fanfare — it arrives in the first asparagus, in ramps that smell like the earth waking up, in strawberries that are worth the wait. We've been watching the farms, and the farms are ready. So are we.

THE MORNING TABLE

Spring frittatas with whatever came in from Black Fox Farm this week. French toast made on local bread that still has a little warmth in it. House-made granola with dried fruit and nuts — the kind of breakfast that asks nothing of your morning except that you slow down enough to enjoy it.

MIDDAY & BEYOND

Soups that shift with the season — lighter now, brighter. Salads that taste like Purple Sage and the Treasure Valley in April. Lunch that actually sustains you between the things that matter.
