On August 15, The Wandering Table welcomes Telaya Wine Co. to the table for an evening built entirely around the conversation between what grows in Idaho’s soil and what ferments in its barrels. Each course is composed with its pour in mind — flavors that finish each other’s sentences, textures that open up under the right glass.

Chef Gina sources from over 65 Treasure Valley farm and food partners, and for this dinner every ingredient will be chosen with a single question in mind: what does this taste like next to a glass of Telaya?

Late summer in the Treasure Valley means stone fruit and dry-farmed tomatoes, sweet corn and fresh herbs still warm from the field. The table will feel like the season itself — unhurried, golden, generous.
