Reheating Instructions: Heat gently on the stovetop over medium-low heat, stirring frequently, for 5-7 minutes until warmed through. Avoid boiling to preserve the silky texture. Or microwave in a covered bowl for 2 minutes, stirring halfway. A drizzle of good cream or a few sauteed mushrooms on top to finish takes it over the top.
