This week Purple Sage Farms and Fiddlers Green delivered something worth sharing — gourmet greens, fresh herbs, fiddler’s green radishes, and green garlic straight from the field. We took those herbs and built a Tahini Green Goddess around them — whole lemon, green garlic, tahini — and dressed two generous salads that taste exactly like spring in Idaho.
