To Reheat: Warm tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat 1 to 2 minutes per side. Heat pulled wagyu separately in a skillet over medium-low with a splash of broth or water, covered, until heated through — about 5 minutes. Keep coleslaw cold and assemble just before serving.
